I asked my boyfriend what his favorite thing about our relationship was. He said the fact that we can talk about any of our thoughts openly, which is my favorite thing as well. I can honestly talk to him about anything.

We are like best friends.

Relationships should be more than an image or a title. More than kisses, presents and sex. We’d rather indulge in a deep conversation. We motivate one another to do better in school and promote each other’s self growth.

And that’s something I respect and admire in us because I know not everyone can find that in the person they’re with.

Even if some days aren’t as bright as others, I couldn’t ask for anything more than this.
