And while we temporarily crossed paths, for better or for worse, between tears and laughter, whether it meant something or nothing at all, it changed us. And maybe it was for the best, but it sure feels like the worst right now.

Walking home, and she stops at the sight of this flower because it’s my favorite one and gets it for me. Most thoughtful thing anyone has done for me in a while. The little things really are what make moments worthwhile.
